What do you need?

Open your Youtube video

Which format you choose depends on how you plan on using your file. For example, if you’re putting a podcast together or making a video tutorial series and want high-quality audio, 256kbps is best. If you’re just listening to music while working out or doing homework, 128kbps should be fine.
